AIdeaStorm provides editorial content and RHTool utilities that convert user-provided structured data into visual previews and PowerPoint files. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued.
3. Your data and responsibility
You retain responsibility for the data and text you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and authority required to process that material. Do not submit confidential, personal, regulated, infringing, malicious, or unlawful content unless you are authorized and the processing is appropriate. Review generated files before relying on them.
4. Permitted use
You may use the site and generated files for lawful personal or business purposes. You may edit and use the generated presentation for your own work, subject to rights in your source data and any third-party materials.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to bypass access controls, App Check, rate limits, or security measures.
- Automated extraction, excessive requests, denial-of-service activity, malware, or unauthorized testing.
- Copying, reselling, or republishing the service code, site design, or editorial content without permission or a license that expressly permits it.
- Using the service to violate law or another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights.
6. Intellectual property
AIdeaStorm branding, original editorial content, interface design, and service code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and licenses. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service. Third-party software and content remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Availability and generated output
The service and output are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Layouts are generated automatically and may contain omissions, formatting differences, or compatibility issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, approval by an advertising platform, fitness for a particular purpose, or that generated output is error-free.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIdeaStorm disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption damages arising from use of the site or generated files. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Third-party services and links
The site relies on third-party hosting, security, analytics, file-generation, and advertising services and may link to external sites. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for external content.
10. Suspension, changes, and contact

4. 허용되는 이용

- 접근통제, App Check, 요청 제한 또는 보안조치 우회
- 무단 자동 수집, 과도한 요청, 서비스 거부 공격, 악성코드 또는 허가받지 않은 보안시험
- 명시적 허용이나 라이선스 없이 서비스 코드, 사이트 디자인 또는 원문 콘텐츠를 복제·재판매·재배포
- 법령 또는 타인의 개인정보, 지식재산권, 계약상 권리를 침해하는 이용
6. 지식재산권
AIdeaStorm 브랜드, 원문 콘텐츠, 인터페이스 디자인 및 서비스 코드는 관련 법령과 라이선스의 보호를 받습니다. 본 약관은 서비스 소유권을 이전하지 않습니다. 제3자 소프트웨어와 콘텐츠에는 각 라이선스가 적용됩니다.

서비스와 결과는 현재 상태 및 제공 가능한 상태로 제공됩니다. 자동 생성 레이아웃에는 누락, 서식 차이 또는 호환성 문제가 있을 수 있습니다. 중단 없는 제공, 특정 목적 적합성, 광고 플랫폼 승인 또는 오류 없는 결과를 보장하지 않습니다.
