AIdeaStorm operates the AIdeaStorm website, blog, and RHTool web applications. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to [email protected].

- Server and security data: IP address, request time, browser and device information, referring URL, error and security events.
- Aggregate usage data: page views and successful PPTX download counts for each tool.
- Tool input: spreadsheet rows and configuration submitted when you request a PPTX file. The input is processed to create the requested file and is not intentionally retained as a user document or published by us.
- Communications: information you choose to provide when contacting us.
- Cookies and identifiers: WordPress, security, analytics, consent, and advertising technologies may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process information to deliver requested features, secure the service, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, understand aggregate use, respond to requests, comply with law, and—where enabled and permitted—measure and display advertising. Depending on location, processing may rely on performance of a request, legitimate interests in security and service improvement, legal obligations, or consent for non-essential cookies and personalized advertising.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Aggregate counters may be retained for historical reporting. Temporary tool input is not designed as document storage. We use HTTPS, application integrity checks, access controls, rate limits, updates, and backups, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, transfers are handled using recognized safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
